At Innfâll, each accessory is unique and carefully handcrafted, exclusively to order. Due to our artisanal process, preparation and shipping times may vary depending on the type of product and volume of orders in progress.

• Preparation time: Generally, our products take between 3 and 15 business days to be ready for shipment. However, this time may be extended during periods of high demand.
• Domestic Shipping: Once the preparation process is complete, shipments usually take between 1 and 3 business days to reach their destination.
• International Shipping: For orders outside of Spain, transit time varies depending on the destination country and carrier, ranging from 3 to 15 business days.

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout, as they vary depending on the delivery location and the dimensions of each item.

Once you add the product or products to your cart and include your shipping address, the cost of the service will be automatically calculated.

Any additional costs due to the payment of customs and/or tariff duties will be borne by the buyer.

Once you receive your order, you have 14 business days to exchange or return your purchase.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the product must be returned in perfect condition and in the same packaging in which it was received.
